Construction & Special Surveys
As-Built Documents are a revised set of drawings submitted by a contractor upon completion of a project, reflecting all the changes made during the construction process and showing the exact dimensions and location of all the elements of the work.
Construction Layout, also known as a Site Layout Survey, is the process of interpreting construction plans and marking the location of proposed new structures such as roads or buildings. Construction layout is used to ensure a project is built according to engineering design plans.
Steel/Anchor Bolt As-builts are surveys performed prior to erecting steel columns for the steel contractor, or for the bolt-installer as it is important to maintain the construction schedule to recognize deviations from the plans while there is time to correct any deficiencies.
